There is a statement in books of Musar [Ethics] (a statement of the sages), "What should one do if he has become liable to the death penalty from heaven? If he was accustomed to learn one chapter, he should learn two chapters. If he was accustomed to learning one page, he should learn two pages." I would like to apply this in my own life, even though it might be easier said than done. I am thinking mainly of the Avi Ezri of Rav Shach that I think would be good to learn in this way; i.e., to learn every day two chapters. Also, I have been thinking to apply this to mathematics and Physics i.e., to read every day two pages in order with no skipping.
