Rosh Hashana in Uman

I am not really sure what to say about this. The general statements of Rav Nachman to come to his grave were about the Tikun Klali [the ten psalms 16,32, 41,42,59,77,90,105,137,150], There is no record anywhere that he said to come to his grave on Rosh Hashananh, and in fact no one every did so. Rather, they used to come to his grave on the day before Rosh Hashanah. I think if one is in Israel, he ought to stay put.
