Raw eggs with coffee in the morning instead of milk is a good way to control one's diet. It helps that during the day one does not want to eat unhealthy foods.[You also do not need to boil the coffee-- if it is finely ground.]
 A few years ago I also found out that black bread with raw beets and two eggs in the morning is good for that same purpose. After that period someone suggested to m the idea of beets with sour cream. That seems a bit better to me for a few reasons.
