"Iran presses ahead with uranium enrichment technology," from Reuters, December 7:
DUBAI (Reuters) -
Although the development does not appear to contravene the interim agreement struck between world powers and Iran last month, it may concern the West nonetheless, as the material can also provide the fissile core of a nuclear bomb if enriched to a high degree.
What is actually going on is people are hoping that Iran can develop a weapon that can take out Israel and only after that will they be concerned with how to limit Iranian nuclear capability.
The only problem with this scenario is that it is possible that, unlike at the time of the Holocaust, it might be that Jews in Israel might not be willing to simply be "taken out."
They might decide this time they are not going to go out quietly. This time Jews might decide to fight back.
